RESIN ALPHABETS

WHY CHOOSE A MOVABLE ALPHABET?

Simply put, a movable alphabet is a learning tool, often used in a Montessori learning environment, to teach reading, spelling and writing in a hands-on way.

Here at little play lab we use our resin letter and number sets for sensory exploration, stamping in play dough, tracing, letter and number hunts, name practice, word building … the list goes on and on!

Our resin letters are 100% handmade, which makes each set completely unique and one-of-a-kind! The design possibilities are endless! We find that choosing a letter design that reflects your learner’s interests makes them especially appealing for play and learning again and again!

RESIN CARE

  • Resin sets should be stored at room temperature

  • After sensory/messy play, you may wish to clean your resin. Simply wash with soap in luke warm water

  • Not dishwasher safe

  • Be mindful with outdoor use in hot temperatures ~ heat and UV rays can break down and even melt resin

  • Resin products are meant for play and learning for children aged 3 years and older; they should not be put into your mouth and children should always use them under the supervision of an adult, as some smaller items can pose choking hazards to the littlest learners.
